Perfect muffin recipes for a dinner party.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix.
Make a well and add the olive oil and milk. Mix. (Tip: you can also replace the olive oil with the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes.)
Once the mixture is smooth, add the chopped sundried tomatoes.
To finish, place the mixture into small molds and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
