For the lollipops
 5 Honey
 10 small cherry tomatoes
 50 pumpkin seeds
 10 pink berries
 20 rosemary leaves
For the caramel
 200 whole white sugar
 20 Balsamic vinegar
Directions
1

Put pumpkin seeds, pepper berries, and rosemary leaves in a blender. Pulse the machine a few times to "crush" the mixture. Without a blender, perform the operation with a sharp knife.

2

Next, prepare the caramel by placing all the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, do not stir the mixture while it heats. Wait about 10 minutes for the caramel to become blonde.

3

To finish, skewer the tomatoes with a wooden stick to create nice lollipops. Dip them in hot caramel, then roll them in a mixture of pumpkin seeds, pink peppercorns, and rosemary. Wait a few minutes before enjoying.
