 4 Tomato
 900 Potato
 4 Thyme
 4 cloves Pink garlic
 ¼ White wine

Preheat the oven to 170° C.

Cut the organic lamb chops into pieces, peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half, slice the tomatoes into thick slices, peel the potatoes and cut them into thin rounds.

Grease a dish or a cast iron pot, season the bottom with salt and pepper, add a bit of thyme and garlic, spread a layer of potatoes and tomatoes, cover it with pieces of organic meat, spread the rest of the potatoes, garlic, thyme, and tomatoes, and finish by adding the remaining meat, season with salt, pour in white wine, add 2 glasses of water, and cook for 2 hours in the oven.

Continue cooking if necessary; the meat and potatoes should be tender under the tip of a knife.
