I offer you small bites that I made with what I had in my fridge: puff pastry, a jar of onion jam, and some goat cheese. They have a very pleasant taste, sweet and savory. We enjoyed them a lot.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (or 200°C for static heat).
Roll out the puff pastry and, using a cutter, cut out circles with a diameter of 6 cm.
Line the cavities of the mold with the dough.
Add a teaspoon of onion jam to each cavity.
Slice the log cheese into thin slices and place a slice on top of each bite.
Season with freshly ground pepper.
Bake and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, place on the serving dish, and sprinkle with chopped chives.
To finish, serve warm.
