Prepare the ingredients: Cut the fillets into small pieces about 1.5 cm. Open the can of pineapple. Remove the slices but keep all the juice. Cut them into small pieces.

In a wok, heat the oil. Add the chicken, curry, and brown sugar. Brown the mixture.

    Shanti Super simple. My suggestion: I add slices of bananas, cream, and Vindaye curry (from an Asian store) and I call it Bombax slices.

    Good and easy It was easy and quick; I just added strips of frozen or fresh peppers and 15 cl of cream at the end before serving. It was wonderfully good, and everyone enjoyed it.

    Quick Pineapple Chicken Very good recipe My suggestion: use less pineapple juice, add more curry, I added a few small pieces of fresh ginger and deglazed with vinegar - with rice, it's a very good quick dish to make.
