 350 Organic veal minced meat
 400 Cooked spinach
 1 clove Garlic
 ½ Curry
 1 Oil
 Salt and pepper

Season and pepper the organic veal, mix well, and form small meatballs.

Heat half of the oil in a skillet, brown the meatballs, and set them aside when they are golden brown.

In the same skillet, sauté the crushed garlic with the remaining oil, add the curry, mix, then pour in the spinach and cook for 10 minutes.

Pour the cream, add the portions of melted cheese and cook for another 5 minutes.

Adjust the seasoning if needed, then add the organic beef meatballs, mix, and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

To finish, serve the organic veal bites on a bed of spinach.
