 3 mountain honey
 25 unsalted pistachios
 25 dried cranberries
 25 pecans
 8 fresh chervil

Chop the pistachios, cranberries, and pecans.

Place everything on a large flat plate.

Remove the leaves from the chervil and add them to the crushed dried fruits. Mix everything together.

Lightly heat the honey and coat the cheese with it using a food brush.

Place the cheese on the mixture of dried fruits and gently roll it to completely coat it.

To finish, store the cheese in a tightly sealed plastic wrap until tasting.
