For all those who love jelly, I highly recommend it. Moreover, it is very easy and quick to make.

Yields4 Servings
Ingredients
 4 Egg
 ½ Green bell pepper
 2 Ham
 5 Still water
Directions
1

Cook the 4 hard-boiled eggs and peel them gently.

2

Prepare jelly with 1 packet of instant powder and 5 cl of water.

3

Pour a layer of jelly into ramekins and place the diced peppers on top. Let it set in the refrigerator.

4

Cut the 2 slices of ham into 4 pieces and fill the ramekins with 2 pieces in each.

5

Add 1 hard-boiled egg to each, then gently pour the remaining liquid jelly over on low heat.

6

To finish, chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Unmold the ramekins onto a plate and serve cold.

It's better with 50 cm of water. You can pour a layer of gelatin into the ramekin to cool down so you can place the egg on top without it touching the surface, allowing it to sit more in the middle of the volume.

I love it! A light appetizer, perfect for spring and summer picnics!!! My suggestion: You can replace the ham with smoked salmon or trout and add some sprigs of dill, the bell pepper with asparagus tips, ... customizable to your liking.
