 50 Thick cream
 1 Chopped shallot
 1 chopped green onion
 ½ chopped coriander
 ½ chopped chives
 1 clove Minced garlic
 2 Olive oil
 1 apple cider vinegar
 4 Blackberries
 4 Raspberries

Mix the soft cheese, sour cream, shallots, green onions, garlic, coriander, chives, olive oil, and cider vinegar in a mixing bowl. Finish with salt and freshly ground pepper. Neatly slice the red fruits and arrange them on the soft cheese. Serve with a glass of sweet cider!
