Baked Shrimp with Sour Cream and Spices

Here is a very easy and quick dish to make with shrimp, featuring a very flavorful sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal. I served it with spaghetti to fully enjoy this creamy sauce. You can also serve it with steamed potatoes, mashed potatoes, or rice.

 350 peeled raw shrimp
 1 parsley
 1 lemon cut into half slices
Marinade
 150 thick whole cream
 50 Lemon juice
 2 Olive oil
 1 turmeric
 5 ground ginger
 5 ground coriander
 1 garlic powder
 25 Salt
 25 Pepper
 25 Espelette pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C, static heat.

In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.

Add the shrimp, preferably in a single layer, to a baking dish.

Pour the marinade over the shrimp, making sure to cover them all.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Garnish with lemon half-slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
