This recipe for marinated baby artichokes prepared on a grill is perfect for an appetizer among friends!
Remove the outer leaves of the artichokes, keeping the heart (base, tender leaves, stem).
Cut them into slices, in half, or into quarters as desired.
Blanch them for 5 minutes in boiling water or quickly grill them. Then drain, let cool, and dry thoroughly.
Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Then, chop the preserved lemons into small pieces. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Cover and let marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
To finish Tips: serve your artichokes as antipasti as an appetizer, or as a starter with smoked salmon. You can prepare a large quantity in one go: marinated artichokes keep for a few days in the refrigerator.
