Combining indulgence, health, and well-being during the holidays can be complicated. That was without considering this recipe for sea bass tartare with apples that will elevate your festive meals!
Cut the fish into small cubes of 1/2 cm and place them in a small bowl.
Finely chop the chives and cilantro, peel and grate the ginger, peel the shallot and chop it into very small pieces. Add all these ingredients to the bowl.
Pour in the olive oil and squeeze the lime. Salt and pepper to your liking. Mix well and keep the bowl in the fridge while you prepare the apples.
Cut a lid off each of your apples and hollow them out.
Cut the tops into small fans.
Use all the leftover pieces of apples, cut them into small cubes, and add them to the fish tartare. Mix well.
To finish, stuff the apples with the mixture and decorate with a small fan shape.
