An appetizer that can perfectly find its place on a festive table! First, a discovery with smoked cod, tender and flavorful without being too strong, and a lovely surprise with the combination of apple and smoked fish, full of freshness and zest. Peel and then cut the half onion into small cubes. Peel the apple, cut it into wedges, then chop it into very small cubes. Keep one wedge whole for decoration. Drizzle with the juice of half a lime so that the apple does not brown.
Cut the slice of smoked cod into small cubes and do the same with the smoked salmon. Using a knife, coarsely chop the coriander. Peel and grate the ginger.
Mix all these ingredients together in a bowl. Add the oil, the juice from the second half of the lime, and pepper. Gently mix and serve in nice bowls.
To finish, place drops of lemon juice and two slices of apple on each small dish. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
