Recipe for Pork Noodle Soup for the Chinese New Year

This year, the Chinese New Year will begin on January 22. It's an opportunity to try new recipes. I recommend this very quick and easy pork noodle soup recipe! A real treat for lovers of Asian dishes.

Ingredients
 250 pork stew
 1 cornstarch
 1 Sesame oil
 1 Rice vinegar
 2 Soy sauce
 1 Carrot
 1 frozen green beans
 2 sweet pepper
 ½ Onion
 60 Chicken broth
 salt and pepper

Slice the meat into thin strips. Mix the marinade ingredients and pour it over the meat. Mix and set aside in the refrigerator. Peel and wash the carrot. Cut it into julienne (small sticks). Cut the beans into 2 cm long segments. Peel and slice the onion. Chop the peppers into small pieces.

Heat the wok until it is smoking. Pour in the sesame oil, then sauté the vegetables until they are nicely colored. Remove them. Heat the wok again, add the pork and the marinade. Allow it to brown without stirring for 2 minutes, then mix and finish cooking. Remove.

To finish, heat a pot of salted water and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Heat the chicken broth. Place the noodles in a bowl, then top with the vegetables and pork. Serve hot.
