Ingredients
 750 ground beef
 1 Red onion
 1 Ginger about 4 cm
 ½ cup Unsalted peanuts or cashews
 ½ Fresh coriander
 1 Egg
 2 peanut oil
 Salt
 Sichuan pepper
Directions

Peel and slice the red onion. Coarsely chop the peanuts. Wash, dry, and chop the cilantro.

Mix the meat in a bowl with all the other ingredients (except the oil). Shape into balls the size of a walnut and cook them in a pan with the oil, turning them several times until they are golden brown.

To finish, serve them warm or cold, with a pineapple-mango chutney and puffed potatoes.
