An original spread for appetizers!

Ingredients
 250 Paris mushroom
 2 Onion
 3 cloves Garlic
 100 Organic butter
 1 Parsley
 Salt
 Pepper
 Turmeric

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Peel the onion and garlic. Slice the onion into half rings and crush the garlic. In a pan, pour a good drizzle of olive oil.

Add the onions and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms. Mix everything together. Add the spices and let cook, stirring for 5 minutes. Set aside.

In a small food processor, pour in the mushroom mixture. Add the butter and finely chopped parsley. Blend everything together.

To finish, pour the mushroom butter into a glass jar. Place in the refrigerator. TIP: Mushroom butter is excellent on toasted bread or as a filling for savory crepes. You can serve it as an appetizer with homemade blinis.
