 1 Lemon zest
For the arugula pesto
 5 Basil
 20 Parmesan
 1 clove Garlic
 50 Arugula
 40 Pine nut
 3 Olive oil

Using a blender, mix all the pesto ingredients except for the olive oil. Once you have obtained the "paste," add the olive oil to achieve a creamy texture.

To finish, place pesto on each cracker. Add half slices of cucumber. Top with a sardine and garnish with some lemon zest.
