Enjoy these beef tagliatas! Another way to prepare the rump steak, Italian style!

Yields2 Servings
Prep Time5 minsCook Time10 minsTotal Time15 mins
Ingredients
 3 cloves Garlic
 1 Rosemary
 1 Parmesan
 Arugula
 1 Fresh onion
 5 Olive oil
 Balsamic vinegar
Directions
1

Wash and dry the arugula and place it on each plate. Chop the fresh onion and sprinkle it over the bed of arugula. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them with the blade of a knife.

2

Sear the beef steaks in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the meat and the desired level of doneness). Once the steaks are cooked, let them rest between two plates to retain their heat.

3

In the pan used to cook the meat, heat the olive oil and add the garlic cloves and the sprig of rosemary. Lower the heat and let it infuse for a few minutes.

4

To finish, while the oil absorbs the flavors of garlic and rosemary, pour a drizzle of balsamic vinegar over the arugula. Add the meat previously sliced and the parmesan shavings. Finish by drizzling the plate with flavored olive oil.
