In this jar, there are only vitamins! It's a beet salad with mozzarella in smoothie form.
Peel the beetroot and cut it into pieces.
Put the beet in a blender with the peeled lemon cut into small pieces.
Add the chopped ginger, diced mozzarella, and a pinch of star anise powder.
Salt and pepper.
Fill the jars and add 1 teaspoon of gomasio on top.
To finish, garnish with a slice of beet and a few mint leaves.
