Today I suggest breaded cutlets. A dish that is very easy and quick to make. There are 10 minutes of preparation and 30 minutes of baking time, during which you can prepare the side dish. I used turkey cutlets, but chicken, pork, or veal cutlets will work just as well.
Preheat the oven to 180°C with fan (or 200°C with static heat).
Beat the egg in a shallow dish.
Crush the biscuits with your fingers to obtain a not-too-fine powder and place them in another shallow dish.
Add the pepper, garlic powder, and herbs, and mix to achieve a homogenous mixture.
Dip each cutlet on both sides, first in the egg, then in the crushed crumbs, to fully coat them in the breading.
Place in a baking dish and sprinkle the cut butter pieces on top.
Bake and cook for 25-30 minutes or until the cutlets are golden.
To finish, serve immediately with the accompaniment of your choice. You can find the detailed recipe on my blog, along with many other delicious recipes.
