Recipe Lebanese Chicken Wings

AuthorCategoryDifficultyBeginner

Today, I am offering you Lebanese chicken wings. An appetizer or an economical dish, very easy to prepare and delicious to lick your fingers. The wings are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, fragrant and full of flavor. In terms of preparation, it is incredibly easy. I recommend preparing them the day before and cooking them just before serving. The longer the meat marinates, the better the result will be.

Meat
 1 Chicken wings
Marinade
 2 Olive oil
 2 Lemon juice
 1 Zaatar
 5 Salt
 25 Pepper
Directions
1

Cut the chicken wings. Using kitchen scissors, cut the chicken wings.

2

Prepare the marinade In a small bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.

3

Mix the wings with the marinade. Place the chicken wings in a zip-top freezer bag (3 liters for me). Pour the marinade over the wings. Seal the bag and massage the wings well to coat them in the marinade. Place the bag in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours for the meat to marinate (12 hours for me).

4

Preheat the oven. Once the meat is marinated, preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).

5

Cooking Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Knead the bag with the meat one last time, then place the chicken wings on the sheet in a single layer. Bake and cook for 40 minutes or until they are golden.

6

Serve immediately, as is or with your choice of accompaniment.
