 60 Butter
 50 Morbier cheese
 50 Flour
 60 Hazelnut powder
 3 Egg white

Preheat the oven to 180°. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat until it turns a nice brown color. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and hazelnut powder, then add the previously whisked egg whites and mix everything together. Add the browned butter, grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper.

Slice the pear into thin pieces. Distribute the mixture into molds, then add a slice of pear on top of each one.

To finish, bake and cook for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before tasting.
