I think it’s important to clarify that it’s sweet soy sauce that should be used and less breadcrumbs. I will have to make it again because they turned out dry, salty, and hard.

-The meatballs were too dry on the outside. -There was no juice to collect in the oven. -There is way too much soy sauce in the mixture; it was very salty. I recommend using only 3 tablespoons of soy sauce in the mixture instead of 6! Aside from these minor issues, they were good and had really nice flavor.

I love it I took the general idea without really following the recipe. In any case, it was very good. The chicken was in small cubes, I used balsamic vinegar caramel, a marinade with soy sauce, and baked it with toasted sesame seeds and breadcrumbs.

Question about the amount of soy sauce In the ingredients, it mentions 20 tablespoons of soy sauce, and in the preparation, it calls for more than 6 tablespoons of soy sauce. Given the amount of chicken, I think it might be 20? My suggestion: Could you explain this detail to me, or have I misunderstood? Thank you I left a note because the site requires it, but I haven't done so yet.

Very good! Original skewer. Since the skewer itself is quite salty, I ate it with a sweet and sour sauce for contrast. My suggestion: Since the skewer itself is quite salty, I ate it with a sweet and sour sauce for contrast.
