Soft Brioche Recipe with Sour Cream

 90 Semi-skimmed milk
 100 Sugar
 2 Baker's yeast
 200 Fresh cream
 2 Egg
 500 Flour
 Vanilla extract
 ½ Salt

Put the milk in the bowl with the sugar and yeast, and mix.

Add the cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix.

Add the flour and salt and knead for 5 minutes.

Let rise for 2 hours covered with a towel.

After this time, punch down the dough and form balls of 70 to 75 g and place them in a greased mold or a greased ring.

Let rise again for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
