This winter, we elevate raclette by pairing it with cod! A recipe suggested for you.
Preheat your oven to 190°C.
Cover your baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and place the cod fillets on it.
Blend the hazelnut powder, rosemary with salt and pepper. Add the cheese cut into small pieces without its rind and blend again.
Place the prepared mix on each piece of cod, ensuring to cover the fish, then bake for 15 minutes at 170°C.
To finish, meanwhile, cook the snap peas for 10 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain and serve hot with the gratin fish.
