Ideal for an appetizer, this recipe for cheese puffs will delight your taste buds. Very easy to prepare, these small rolls made with delicious cheese are quick to make.
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Start by placing the butter cut into pieces, salt, pepper, and water in the bowl of the mixer and set to 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.
Then pour in the flour and mix for 1 minute on speed 4.
Set to speed 5 and break the eggs, incorporating them through the lid opening. Add the cheeses and mix for 45 seconds on speed 2.
Finally, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make small heaps of dough using a tablespoon and bake for 20 minutes.
