The English platter (or "assorted platter") is a cold mix of meats and charcuterie. It is also available in a vegetarian version. Here is a recipe for a vegetarian English platter to share with family or friends.

 40 Butter
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 Cucumber
 1 Radish

Wash the lettuce, cucumber, and radishes.

Roughly chop the lettuce leaves, slice the cucumber and radishes thinly. Set aside.

Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter in a skillet.

Cook the beaten eggs in butter over medium heat, pulling the edges toward the center, for a few minutes.

To finish, fold the omelette in half. Serve immediately with green salad, cucumber, radishes, and homemade vinaigrette.
