 35 parmesan cut into small pieces
 1 Baking powder
 1 Almond powder
 1 Egg
 1 pinch Salt
 45 soft butter
 4 sun-dried tomatoes in a jar or more depending on their size
 50 chorizo cut into cubes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the flour, parmesan, baking powder, almond flour, and salt with softened butter to obtain a sandy mixture. Add the egg and mix until homogeneous. Add the diced sun-dried tomatoes and chorizo. Mix quickly, then form balls using 2 spoons. Bake for about 15 minutes.
