 2 Shallot
 1 clove Garlic
 30 Butter
 500 Fresh spinach
 20 Thick sour cream
 1 Egg
 Salt
 Pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel the shallots and garlic and chop them. Melt 20 g of butter in a pan, then sauté the shallots and garlic for a few minutes. Add the spinach and let it wilt.

Drain the spinach and then chop it. Mix it with the cream, the egg, and half of the cheese cut into small cubes.

Butter a large baking dish. Fill the cannelloni with the filling and place them in the dish. Add the remaining cheese cut into slices, then bake for 40 minutes.

Tip: To easily stuff the cannelloni, use a piping bag.

    Rich tartiflette cheese! What a shame! Cooking starts with local produce and quality, and it seems to me that we are fortunate to have a cheese that perfectly meets those criteria: reblochon! It is our duty to support this deserving industry, so no to industrial cheese and long live reblochon! And if it is farm-made, even better!
