Recipe for Cod Fillets in Creamy Mustard Sauce

Today I offer you a fish dish that is very easy and quick to make. The cooking is done in the oven, and in less than 30 minutes, your dish is ready. I used cod, but fillets of any other white fish would work just as well.

 2 Olive oil
 3 dashes Cod
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 Fresh chopped basil (or parsley)
Sauce
 200 Heavy cream
 2 Dijon mustard
 1 Mustard seeds
 1 Honey
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (or 200°C if using static heat).

Oil the bottom of a baking dish with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the dried fillets, skin side down, and season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour it over the fish fillets.

Bake for 15 minutes.

To finish, sprinkle with chopped basil and serve immediately, with white rice or mashed potatoes.

    Recipe made this evening and pleasantly surprised, made with an old-fashioned honey mustard. I just added half a spoon of regular mustard and half of honey, served with rice and broccoli, a delight.
