From Marseille to Nice, everyone knows Panisse! This delicious southern specialty made from chickpea flour lends itself to many preparations. In slices, as chips, or fries, it is very easy to cook for an original appetizer or a sunny meal!
Slice the polenta into rounds about 1 cm thick, and sauté them in an oiled pan for 3 minutes on each side.
Cut the tomatoes in half.
Place a slice of polenta on a plate, then add a few leaves of salad, slices of tomato, 2 slices of goat cheese, a bit of honey, and fresh thyme crumbled. Cover with a second slice of polenta.
To finish, start again with the other burgers. Serve immediately.
