 1 Onion
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 Tomato concentrate
 1 Flour

 1 Thyme
 1 Bay leaf
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper

Preparation of the vegetables Peel the onion and garlic. Slice the onion.

Preparation of the meat Cut the meat into large cubes. In a pot, brown the pieces of meat with a spoonful of olive oil. Add the tomato paste, onions, garlic, and flour. Mix well and add water to the level of the meat.

Cooking Add thyme and bay leaf and season. Let simmer for 2 hours on low heat.

Serving At the moment of serving, sauté the olives in olive oil and add them to the preparation. Enjoy your meal!
