Delicious, indeed I used as many zucchinis as meat (to make a complete dish and get the kids to eat their vegetables); I also added a bit of paprika when cooking the meat.

Very good Good recipe, we really liked it, but next time I would add more zucchini. My suggestion: Following the different opinions, I also added a jar of sour cream and cayenne pepper, and I am really pleased with the result.

I made a slight modification to the recipe. It's a simple and easy recipe. My suggestion: I replaced the tomato sauce with a bit of fresh cream with the onions and meat at the very end of cooking, and I also added slices of fresh tomato that I had peeled along with the zucchini.

Variant My suggestion: I know this recipe, but I use 80 g of rice sautéed in a little oil to absorb the juice from the zucchini at the bottom of the dish. Then, I spread a layer of zucchini, jarred Bolognese sauce, a lighter béchamel, and grated cheese, and I let it brown.

This recipe is simply delicious. I followed one or more comments and used 500g of minced meat and 500g of sausage meat (doubled the proportions), as well as some soy cream (I don’t use fresh cream) on top. Really a very good taste, there was practically nothing left (enough for 8 but there were 4 adults and 4 children).
