Tagine is a traditional dish from the Maghreb, spicy, simmered, to be enjoyed with family or friends, served with couscous. Here is an easy recipe to prepare chicken and vegetable tagine using a food processor.

Ingredients
 4 Chicken thigh
 4 Potato
 3 Carrot
 3 Zucchini
 10 Pitted green olive
 1 Onion
 2 cloves Garlic
 3 Olive oil
 2 Spice mixture
 150 Water
 Salt
 Pepper

In the bowl of a food processor, blend the peeled and halved onion and garlic for 5 seconds at speed 5.

Add the olive oil and sauté for 5 minutes at 100°C on the "Reverse" and "Simmer" settings.

Add the chicken thighs, salt, and pepper to the bowl and sear the meat for 2 minutes on each side at 100°C, speed 2.

To finish, add the ras el-hanout, olives, potatoes, carrots, and peeled and diced zucchini into 3 cm pieces, along with water. Set the program for 20 minutes at 100°C, in "Reverse" and "Simmer" modes.
