Enjoy this delicious tuna tataki with sesame and ginger thanks to my simple and quick recipe! This original cooking method, highly appreciated in Japan, will provide tenderness and enhance the flavor of the aromas perfectly!
Squeeze the lemon. Clean and slice the green onions. Peel and grate the ginger. In a very hot non-stick skillet, sear the tuna over high heat, cooking it only 30 seconds on each side to keep the inside raw.
Remove from heat, pour the lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and olive oil into the pan to deglaze the tuna. Slice the tuna and place it on two plates. Drizzle with the sauce.
Sprinkle the tuna with scallions, ginger, white sesame, and black sesame. Serve immediately.
