Ingredients
 300 hake
 2 eggs
 10 sour cream
 1 chives
 2 new white onions
 3 lemon thyme
 2 mild curry
 1 lobster oil
Directions
1

Check that there are no bones left in the fish. Cut into cubes. Blend, add 2 eggs, 100 ml of cream, 2 teaspoons of mild curry, pepper, and salt. Add finely chopped chives, picked thyme, and finely chopped onions.

2

Butter a terrine if it can be easily unmolded, or line a terrine with parchment and butter it. Pour in the preparation. Cook in a water bath for 40 minutes at 200 °C. Let cool before unmolding. I served this terrine with a mayonnaise flavored with lobster oil to add even more zest to my recipe.
