Milk buns can be enjoyed at breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
Recipe for 10/12 small rolls. Take out the butter so it is soft. Warm the milk and add the yeast, mixing well. Add the sugar, egg, salt, and flour, then mix. Knead everything by hand for 3/5 minutes. Add the butter and knead for about 10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Make balls of 50 grams, then flatten them using a rolling pin. Add the filling of your choice (jam, chocolate spread) and roll them up. Let rest for 1 hour.
To finish, preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush them with egg and make slashes with a knife. Bake at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
