Baked Perch Fillets with Thai Sauce

Today, it's a dish made with perch fillets, a fish that I often cook because my family loves it. But you can replace it with fillets of another fish: cod, salmon, etc. The recipe is very simple, yet the dish is very flavorful.  2 200 g fillets of perch each
 1 Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper

Wipe the fillets well with paper towels to dry them.

Grease a dish with olive oil. Place the fillets inside.

Salt and pepper.

Drizzle the fillets with the sauce.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and let the fish marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C with convection (or 200°C with static heat).

Place the fillets in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.

To finish, serve hot, accompanied by white rice.
