FAR BRETON I really think it should be very sweet!! My suggestion: 250 g of flour, 200 g of sugar, 4 eggs, a pinch of salt, a little amber rum, and of course prunes!! For this recipe, mix everything with 1 liter of milk (without the prunes). Place in a buttered dish (with salted butter) for 45 minutes in an oven at 200°.

Very good but a bit sweet a little too sweet for my taste. My suggestion: I cooked it in a skillet, it remained very moist and it's quicker than in the oven.

With butter (salted!!) it’s so much better.. My suggestion: halve the quantities, there will still be enough for 8 food lovers, increase the cooking time by 20 minutes, using "salted!!!!" butter is much better.....

Always very appreciated, even in the southern regions! My suggestion: I add a little bit of rum and use prunes with pits, which I pit myself to flatten them; they mix better.
