 2 Whole grain rice cake
 200 Goat cheese
 2 Red bell pepper
 2 Yellow Pepper
 4 Olive oil
Directions

Place the deseeded peppers in a baking dish, brush with olive oil, and then broil for 20 minutes.

Cut the goat cheese into thick slices and place under the grill for 2 to 3 minutes.

Place the peppers and a slice of warm goat cheese on the cakes.

To finish, add salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
