Here is an excellent recipe for oat bran and banana pancakes (without the extra pounds the next day!). Perfect for breakfast.

 2 Egg white
 1 Banana
 1 Vanilla extract

Beat the egg whites until they are frothy.

Add the cup of oat bran and mix.

Add the banana (previously mashed) and mix until a fairly thick batter is obtained.

To finish, add the teaspoon of vanilla. For the garnish, I add dark chocolate, but feel free to choose your own.

    And we put them in the pan with butter like a regular pancake? Go all the way through your recipe, that is, until the pancake is on the plate.
