A parchment packet for the pleasure of the taste buds!

Ingredients
 2 dashes Cod
 400 Zucchini
 4 Tomato sauce
 1 pinch Pepper
 1 Onion
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Basil
 1 Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Wash the zucchinis, remove the seeds, and then cut them into slices. Peel the onion and garlic and then chop them finely.

Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic and onion for a few minutes. Add the tomato purée, zucchini, salt, pepper, and chili. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Cut 2 sheets of parchment paper and place the fish on them. Sprinkle with chopped basil and cover with the vegetable mixture. Seal the packets.

Finally, bake on a baking tray for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

    Quick to prepare and very tasty. I didn't have basil, so I replaced it with dill. Suggestion: marinate the fish beforehand in lemon juice with spices.

    super easy if you're in a hurry, you can microwave it covered, the result is perfect. My suggestion: the original recipe is easy to make, everyone enjoyed it.

    Perfect for summer I just made this recipe. It is hot today and we are enjoying it on the terrace. A true blend of Mediterranean flavors. My suggestion: Serve with a little rice.

    Simple and dietary For my part, I made it with fillets and cooked it in aluminum foil for 20 minutes in a convection oven. Very good!
