Super refreshing. I soaked the flowers overnight. The next day, boil for fifteen minutes, strain, add sugar, grated nutmeg, and orange blossom water. Let it chill for at least 5 hours (serve very cold) it’s delicious. Keep in the refrigerator.

A drink to enjoy iced: original, tangy, fruity, super pleasant!... I literally love it! Additionally, it's important to know that hibiscus flowers have quite incredible medicinal properties: Antioxidant, antihypertensive, diuretic, uricosuric, effective for lowering blood pressure or against metabolic syndrome (reduces blood sugar, triglycerides, and total cholesterol)... Just a word of advice: cheers!

Boil the hibiscus and water... no no no that gives a too strong acidic/bitter taste and increases the amount of sugar to be added. You just need to let it steep, strain, and cool.
