 1 Veal
 1 Tandoori spices
 1 Onion
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 Chopped tomato
 2 Ginger
 1 Espelette pepper
 1 Thyme
 1 Oregano
 1 Salt
 1 Pepper
 1 Cilantro
 10 Potatoes
 1 White wine (optional)
Directions

Sear the meat in a pot. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the meat and continue to sauté until the meat is browned.

Add the tandoori spices, chili powder, thyme, and oregano to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.

Deglaze with a glass of white wine or water.

Add the can of crushed tomatoes and let simmer for 60 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and steam them for 30 minutes.

To finish, add the potatoes to the pot. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve.
