Recipe for Bean Cream Verrines with Sautéed Pears and Apples

A white bean recipe proposed by the blogger Edda Onorato. For the apple, the blogger lets you choose between Gala or Granny Smith.

For the cream
 200 White bean
 90 Semolina sugar
 1 Rum
 ½ clove Vanilla
For the fruits
 ½ Apple
 ½ Pear
 ½ clove Vanilla
 2 Extra virgin olive oil
 1 Lemon juice

Blend the beans. Cook them over low heat with the sugar and vanilla pulp for about 10 minutes, until the sugar melts and a cream forms. Let it cool slightly, then add the rum. Fill half of small glasses with this bean cream.

To finish, pour the oil and vanilla pulp into a pan. Wash the apple and pear and cut them into small cubes. Heat the pan and sauté the fruits for 2 to 3 minutes until they are golden. Drizzle with lemon juice and then place them on the cream. Serve.
