Swordfish is a fish that we enjoy at home. This Sicilian version is absolutely delicious.
Heat the olive oil with the crushed garlic clove. Add the anchovies to let them melt. Then add the halved cherry tomatoes. Add the capers and lemon juice. Mix everything together. Cook gently for 5-6 minutes covered.
Then add the swordfish to the pot. Incorporate the black and green olives. Drizzle with white wine. Lower the heat. Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.
To finish, serve on plates, accompanied by fresh tagliatelle.
