Ingredients
2 chicken breast (or the remainder of your roasted chicken)
 100 Mushroom
 50 butter
 50 flour
½ chicken broth (made with 1 cube)
 2 lemon juice
 Salt and pepper
Directions
1

Preparation of the ingredients Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the chicken breasts (or leftover chicken) into very small pieces (about 1.5 cm). Also cut the mushrooms to the same size.

2

Cooking In a skillet, cook the chicken in 20 g of butter. Add the mushrooms, a bit of butter, and let everything cook over low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Note: If you are using leftover chicken, add it at the same time as the mushrooms.

3

Preparation of the sauce: Bring water to a boil for the rice. Begin preparing the sauce: In 1/2 liter of boiling water, dissolve the chicken bouillon cube. Once well dissolved, set aside.

4

In a saucepan, melt the 50 g of butter. Once it is well heated, add the flour all at once. Stir gently and let it cook for a few moments without stopping to stir. Still over the heat, gradually pour in the broth, and while stirring, let it thicken. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Incorporate the chicken and mushrooms into the sauce.

5

Reheat the bites in the oven and serve. Heat the bites in the oven for about ten minutes (be careful not to burn them). Fill them with the filling and serve with rice.

Excellent recipe! The teenagers love it and so do we. To be honest, it’s a family recipe that I've enjoyed forever. I love it!

Delicious. Made this afternoon just like the recipe except I added shallots and parsley. I only had 4 pastry cases. I put the rest of the preparation in a small glass dish that I baked in the oven, a true delight. Thank you for this great meal.

good sauce good consistency with the puff pastry, everyone liked it, and it's also light my suggestion: add a tablespoon of cream for more flavor

Watch out for salt! Very good, My suggestion: However, be careful not to add too much salt as there is already some in the cooking of the mushrooms and chicken and in the broth.

Chicken puff pastry I didn't use chicken breast.... I used the chicken that I had cooked to make my broth and .... I added small meatballs made from ground veal that I cooked in a little broth. Yummy!
