 150 red lentils
 1 Grapefruit
 1 cranberries

Rinse the red lentils under clear water and cook them according to the package instructions. Then rinse the lentils under cold water and drain them.

Season the lentils with the vinaigrette and mix, add the goji berries and cranberries, and arrange the grapefruit segments.
