 115 Sugar
 3 Gelatin
 6 Lime
 8 Mint
 115 Rum

Cut the lemons in half and scoop out the pulp. Collect the juice and keep 80 ml.

Put water and sugar in a saucepan and heat to dissolve the sugar.

After soaking the gelatin in water for 1 minute, add it to the mixture of melted sugar with the rum and chopped mint.

Fill the halved lemons and place them in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

To finish, when they are set, cut them in half and return them to the fridge until tasting.
