    My darling really enjoyed it. Easy, well I think that preparing it the day before must make it even better. Made with simple sausages, it works well. My suggestion: I had used some very basic white wine, next time I would go for a fuller-bodied wine. Choose some slightly stronger onions (the kind that really make you cry). Served with a little buttered parsnip/potato puree, it works well. You should try the same puree prepared with cheese, or with a similar style, or even with a bit of Parmesan.

    white wine sausages Too fatty My suggestion: First, I let them degrease in a pot of hot water or grill them. Once cold, rinse with water to remove the fat, cut them in half lengthwise, place them in a pot with onions, pepper, white or red wine, cloves, and no salt. Serve with blueberry pasta. Preferably prepare them the day before to marinate and cook them.
